****IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RENTALS FOR LABOR DAY WEEKEND****

We will be closed on Saturday Aug 30th through Monday Sept 1st to do our yearly inventory. If you are renting any gear over that weekend you must pick up on Friday August 29th and return on Tuesday Sept 2nd. We are not allowing Saturday pick ups.

Rental Conditions:  Items may be picked up anytime during business hours (10am-5pm) on the first day of your rental period and items must be returned by 5pm on the last day of your rental period. Items must be picked up by the person who booked the items. We do not allow other people to pick up rental items that did not book the items. We only rent to valid South Carolina residents - no mail order or out of state rentals, please. Must be 18 years or older to rent.

If your rental period ends on Sunday, a day we are closed, then the items need to be brought back before 11am on Monday.

No rental deposit needed if you have a verified rental account, otherwise a FULL CASH deposit, not debit or credit card, is required.

Items required to rent equipment:

1. Valid South Carolina Drivers License that has current resident address AND current Utility Bill, Car Registration, Voter Registration, CWP, Insurance Bill or any recurring bill with an address and name that matches your driver’s license (For new rental verifications, up to 5 times).
2. ONLY the person named on the rental can pick it up and sign for it.
3. A CASH deposit is required if you are: an out of state renter; first time rental renting more than $5000 replacement value of gear; or do not have a valid rental account (at least 5 flawless rentals).
4. If your rental includes Sunday as a rental day be sure to use Promo Code WEEKEND to get HALF OFF Saturday and Sunday fees.
5. If you the replacement value of the rental gear is $10,000 or more then we require certificate of insurance showing Spartan Photo Center as LOSS PAYEE. You can obtain this with your home or renters insurance company. We will refuse any rentals that can not provide proof in insurance of gear valued at $10,000 or more.
